December 15, 2020 at 10:17 pm (4 years ago)This is so cool. I hit on a method of making waistbands and bands to sit perfectly, instead of just folding up one side, fold up both in the same direction. this gives a pressed line (even if it is facing the wrong way) to sew along, and when you lay the other side over the seam it is a tiny bit overlapping. I hope that makes sense and i wanted to share it with you because you revolutionised my life by showing about steaming curves into bias before applying it. THANK YOU!
