Here’s a few pictures of the vintage sewing goodie bag I’m supplying to the First Prize winner. Even if you don’t sew, these fun vintage notions are good for display! You also win store credit to Wearing History and goodies from the other judges, too!
Included are metal zippers (mostly long lengths of 20″), vintage wooden spools, vintage rick rack, vintage pins, vintage seam binding, a vintage “Sewing Secrets” book, a vintage needle threader in the shape of a sewing machine, 1930s or 1940s RIT fabric dye, vintage red cross safety pins, vintage snaps and hooks and eyes, vintage buttons, and more!

Jacket, knit dress, hat, purse, and autumn pins are vintage. Shoes by Remix (bought on Modcloth but they’re sold out. You can still order on Remix’s Website). Earrings by Dames a la Mode.
You can enter with an original vintage outfit or something you’ve sewn yourself. The deadline is October 18th. Beginner to advanced vintage enthusiasts or sewists are all welcome to enter!
