>The upcoming holidays have me inspired to make something crafty, and there can be no better place to look for the unusual that browsing through vintage materials. I found these in a recent book purchase and here they are to share! Who doesn’t want crocheted coasters that vaguely resemble turtles from the late 1930s? Just make sure you give them to a friend with whimsical and unusual taste or all your crocheting may seen as something to be put away until they know you’re coming for a visit. ;o) I bet they become funnier the more cocktails you consume (or, in my case since I don’t drink, the more tired you get).
