>I made a dress yesterday on a whim for the 4th. It’s so not my average style, but it’s cute even if little girl-ish. I have descided the 50’s is when patterns started really screwing up- this was supposed to be 3″ too small and I ended up taking it in all the amount I enlarged it. It also doesn’t really have the same cut of the picture (empire bodice looks smaller proportionally in the illustration), but it’s still kinda cute, if not exactly what I had in mind.
