>Newest Pattern! Sunkissed Sweetheart- 1940s Tropical Separates

>I’m pleased to announce the release of my newest pattern! Our 1940s Sunkissed Sweetheart- a cute group of separates summertime tie top, shorts, and sarong skirt in short or long lengths.  This looks darling made up in tropical rayons, or make it for seductive evening wear in rayon satin.  Fun in the sun, Hollywood style!

Our model, Tiera, just loved wearing this set- and we had lots of fun playing around in the sand and surf.  The wrap skirt is darling, but also can be quite playful!

This pattern is multisize and comes in two different pattern packets- Size A for bust 30, 32, and 34.  Size B for bust 36, 38, and 40.  It includes step by step instructions, cutting layouts for 45″ and 60″ fabric, yardage requirements and supply list, and a good quality pattern on bond paper- great for using and reusing. It comes in a resealable plastic bag so you can stick your swatches and inspiration pictures in, grab and go- great for fabric shopping or keeping things organized.

This is an original Wearing History pattern based on 1940s sources but updated for modern sewers.  Check out my Etsy store for the listing, including more pictures and yardage requirements needed for this pattern.

Many thanks to our model, Tiera David, Allison Barcenas Photography for the amazing shots, and Blitz Visage for the makeup!

    >I love this!! I think it's so great that you make vintage patterns easy for modern sewing, as old patterns can be really tricky sometimes! From Carys of La Ville Inconnue

    >Thanks so much! Cary, it was a task! But I kept asking myself what I'd want in a pattern, so hopefully it works out well and others like it, too! :)
