>Circa 1936 Outfit- Tea at Two Dress and Jacket

>

Many thanks to my patient husband, who trekked to the park with me after work today to take a few snapshots.
I previously affectionately referred to this as “The Football Dress”, but I might be interchangeably calling this “The Robin Hood Dress” now.  My cousin pointed it out and it does have a bit of Errol Flynn appeal, n’est-ce pas?
The dress is the one posted previously for the new pattern I have out- Tea at Two-  available now in my shop.  This pattern starts shipping this week!
The swingy little jacket was made from a mid 1930s vintage mail order pattern.  I posted previously about my matching coat obsession and this little coat was made just after that post intentionally to go with this dress!
The most accurate depiction of the authoress is probably the last photograph. lol.
I paired this outfit with one of my very favoritest vintage 30s hats and a pair of vintage 30s oxfords.
Hope you’re all having a grand evening, day, afternoon, or whatever it is where you are :)
