>Late 30s Blouse

>I sewed up this little number last week, but forgot to post about it! This is Simplicity 2935, which was in that lot I just purchased. It is undated, but I think it’s from 1938-39, when the funny full, wide waistband, suspender skirts were popular. Notice in the picture the screwy attached apron. The fabric was left over from a dress I made to sell, and is silk screened rayon satin from Joann’s, which I believe was only $2 a yard! Gotta love the clearance fabrics.
